Origins of the Red Tent
The Red Tent is inspired by the ancient tradition of women gathering to rest, be cared for, and support one another through the different seasons of life. While those gatherings looked different across cultures and time, the essence remains deeply relevant today.
At The Red Tent · Sister Care, that spirit lives on - through restorative bodywork, genuine presence, and a space where women are invited to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and receive care.

The Red Tent · Sister Care is a sanctuary for women. Created with care and intention, this women-only space invites you to pause, be held, and reconnect with yourself.
Our bodies hold an incredible capacity to heal, regulate and restore when given the time, safety and support to do so.
Whether you're seeking deep rest, support through your cycle or hormonal changes, or simply a moment to reconnect with your body, you'll be welcomed with warmth, presence and care.
Sessions take place in a dedicated treatment room within my home in Hamilton Hill, intentionally created as a calm, private and nurturing environment.
