Womb Hara First Contact.png

Our Womb and abdomen are often where we carry stress, tension, emotions and the experiences of daily life. Womb Hara Massage offers a gentle invitation to slow down, reconnect and create space for your body to soften, regulate and restore. By nurturing the womb, pelvis and nervous system, this treatment supports a deeper connection with your cycle and the natural wisdom of your body.

Combining slow, nurturing abdominal massage with practices such as energy healing, therapeutic tuning forks, gentle moxibustion (moxa), breathwork and other supportive modalities, Womb Hara Massage offers a holistic treatment that honours the connection between body, mind and energy.

What to expect:

Your session begins with a gentle check-in, allowing space to connect with how you're feeling and what your body is asking for that day.

This is a holistic therapeutic bodywork session centred around the abdomen and lower belly (external work only). Using slow, intentional touch and working with your breath, each treatment is uniquely tailored to you. Alongside massage, I may weave in complementary practices such as energy healing, therapeutic tuning forks, gentle moxibustion (moxa), breathwork and other supportive modalities, creating a deeply personalised experience.

*This work honours the Womb Hara practice created by Natalie Zukerman of the Institute of the Feminine Arts.
