Womb Hara Ceremony

Sometimes what we need most isn't to do more, but to slow down enough to listen. The Womb Hara Ceremony is an immersive two-hour experience that invites you to reconnect with your body through therapeutic bodywork, gentle ritual and deep rest. Honouring the wisdom of the Womb and Hara, this ceremony creates space for your body to regulate, rebalance and restore while supporting your physical, emotional and hormonal wellbeing.
Unlike the Womb Hara Massage, this extended experience includes nurturing back bodywork, Rebozo wrapping, optional moxibustion and generous time for integration. It is designed for women seeking deeper support, whether you're navigating hormonal changes, processing a life transition, or simply longing for the space to slow down and receive.
2 hr 15 - $275

Especially supportive if you:
. Experience menstrual or cycle-related challenges
. Feel disconnected from your body or Womb space
. Are navigating fertility, postpartum, or perimenopause
. Carry emotional holding in the belly or pelvis
. Live with fibroids, ovarian cysts, or endometriosis
. Are moving through stress, overwhelm, or anxiety
. Experience lower back pain or pelvic tension
How Womb Hara Ceremony may support you:
Womb Hara Massage is a supportive practice for all women - including those who no longer have a physical womb.
. Supports nervous system regulation and deep relaxation
. Encourages healthy circulation throughout the abdomen and pelvis
. May ease menstrual discomfort, digestive tension and pelvic pain
. Supports hormonal and reproductive wellbeing
. Creates space for emotional release and reconnection
. Invites a deeper relationship with your body, Womb and Hara
What to expect:
. Opening the space: We begin by settling in together - creating a safe container, sharing your intention, and tuning in to what you need from the session.
. Back massage: A soft, nurturing massage to help your nervous system settle. We work with key meridian points to invite trust and release, and include gentle sacrum and coccyx work to release tension at the base of the spine and support pelvic floor ease.
. Hara and Womb massage: focuses on the abdomen and lower belly (external work only). Using slow, intentional pressure and working with your breath, it supports digestion, circulation, emotional release, and the natural flow of Chi. This work helps create space, ease tension, and reconnect you with your Womb space.
. Moxibustion (optional): if appropriate for your body and your intention, your ceremony may include gentle moxibustion - a warming practice from Traditional Chinese Medicine that uses dried mugwort over the lower abdomen. This soothing warmth may help encourage circulation, ease tension, and bring comfort to the Womb space.Moxibustion is included only when it feels supportive and suitable for you.
. Closing Rebozo Ceremony: We end with a gentle body wrapping, cocooning you in warmth and containment. This helps integrate the work, seal the energy, and bring you back to your body with softness and support - a quiet, nurturing moment that honours everything released and everything reclaimed.
. Sound bath: we finish the ceremony with soothing sound bath to settle your whole system into harmony.
*This work honours the Womb Hara practice created by Natalie Zukerman of the Institute of the Feminine Arts.
